Michael Rodriguez is the founder and senior consultant at Precision Consulting. Growing up in the concrete trade with his father and brothers, he gained real world experience as he progressed from laborer, to finisher, to foreman, to project management. Upon moving to Southern California in 1999 he pivoted to focus on business development & project management. With approximately 27+ years’ of structural concrete estimating, consulting & project management, he is a true expert. Mike has a sharp eye for analyzing overall project systems & logistics to generate the most accurate and realistic estimates for maximum efficiency and returns. Michael has worked on over 2700+ projects in his career, ranging from 4 story subterranean parking garages to 17 story high-rise cast-in-place concrete structures.
Christopher Cook -
Lead estimator
Christopher Cook is a seasoned estimator with a rich history in the construction industry that dates back to his childhood in California, working in the family business with his father and grandfather on concrete, masonry and general construction projects. In 2015, after more than a decade long detour in the dental field where he picked up many interpersonal, sales, and soft skills, he refocused his attention back to his roots in the construction field. Now, with 1,200+ projects and 18,000 hours under his belt he has become a reliable and experienced professional. With a keen eye for speed and accuracy Chris adeptly evaluates project plans, requirements, specifications and contracts. He meticulously analyzes projects in a comprehensive manner to deliver fast and accurate takeoffs and estimates.
