This project consisted of 8 residential high-density 3 story structures over a 3 story subterranean parking garage that spanned over the MacArthur Park subway terminal.

Precision Consulting provided to contractor a "Bid Package" consisting of a time and material Q.T.O, estimate and critical path schedule. After submitting bid package we reviewed and priced addendums, revised schedules and provided large V.E. recommendations. V.E recommendations saved contractor over 15% on construction costs, contractor passed 10% of savings onto owner and retained an additional 5% for company.

Precision Consulting provided to contractor a "Bid Package" consisting of a time and material Q.T.O, estimate and critical path schedule. After submitting bid package we reviewed and priced addendums, revised schedules and provided V.E. options. Precision Consulting also reviewed contractors means and methods and made efficiency recommendations.
